George began diving in 2000 in his native Australia before moving to the United States where his dive interests include shipwreck and cave diving.

In addition to being Tech1 and Cave 2 trained through GUE, he became an Instructor for Global Underwater Explorers in 2007.

George is an underwater cinematographer and photographer. His images reflect his commitment in fostering action through awareness and appreciation of the aquatic world and have been featured on several websites and publications including the GUE calendars, Quest and Octopus magazines.

He is dedicated to sharing his passion for the aquatic world and expanding the reach of GUE within the Atlantic Northeast. He is active s a mentor of the GUE affiliate group North East Underwater Explorers (NEUE), organising diving activities to increase diver awareness and expanding GUE’s reach within the local community.
